Feast your eyes, feed your mind and fill your heart with Terroir to My Winter Table, a series of unique culinary events celebrating the rich bounty of Auckland’s food bowl, the Matakana Coast.

We’ve gathered award-winning local chefs, artisan producers, celebrated winemakers and local galleries to create surprising and collaborative experiences especially for the Elemental AKL festival.

From 12th July to 8th August 2021, you can enjoy exclusive food experiences inspired by art or matched with local wines and beers. Go behind the scenes to meet the makers and growers, speak with the chefs, hear the forgotten history of the vineyards and orchards, and discover the culture, creativity and cuisine of the Matakana Coast.

From fine wine and craft beers, to the freshest kaimoana, decadent cheeses, artisan chocolate, batch-roasted coffee, it’s all cultivated, harvested or blended right here on the Matakana Coast.
