Sunday 6th December – Join Wendy Douglas for a morning of movement and restoration at The Stables Matakana.
From 9am, Wendy opens with an energetic sunrise disco. Dance floor on, inhibitions off. At 10am she takes you from the decks straight to the yoga mat. No alcohol. No hangover. Just your body, the music and a magical Matakana morning.
Wendy is a DJ, yoga teacher and celebrant among other things, with sold-out events across the Matakana Coast.
Matakana Mobile Sauna is on site for bookings. Wildly and bēgood. Nutrition will be on the ground with samples and market pricing.
What’s included:
- 9:00am – 9:45am: Sunrise disco inside The Stables
- 10:00am – 10:45am: Yoga on the lawn (weather permitting, indoor backup available)
- Complimentary coffee and tea with juices and kombucha available for purchase.
