Offering award winning cheeses and ice cream, a seasonal menu from the kitchen, sweet and savoury cabinet treats and delicious cheese platters. A wide range of beverages including speciality tea, coffee, non alcoholic options, local craft beer and wine.

Puhoi was settled in 1863 by Bohemians. The offer of free land was the motivation for 83 emigrants to settle on the other side of the world. After clearing the land they established themselves as farmers and still continue to do so today. European traditions continue at Puhoi with European style cheeses made at the Puhoi Valley Cheese Company. The factory, nestled in the upper reaches of the picturesque Puhoi Valley, was originally a goat farm. In 1983 a small manufacturing plant was built to convert goats’ milk into ice cream powder and camembert. It wasn’t long before the factory diversified into making cheese from cow’s’ milk and broadened the product range to include feta.
