Beef + Lamb Ambassador Chef BJ Sebastian is hosting a one-off tasting menu on Saturday 8 July at Plume Restaurant in Matakana. BJ has curated a delightful exploration of flavours, textures and techniques, highlighting his expertise and passion for culinary excellence.

BJ has also extended an invitation to a special guest for the night; recently crowned Beef + Lamb Young Ambassador Chef, Nick Kearney who is chef de partie at Onslow in Auckland. Nic will add one of his award-winning dishes to the snack menu transforming some humble ingredients into a culinary innovation.
